Yiling Economic and Technical Development Park lies north to the Yiling urban area, is 10 km away from the railway station, 12 km away from Yichang habours, and 30 km away from the Three Gorges international airport, covering the area of 3,000 mu and was put into construction in 1998. It can provide good conditions, such as water supply, power supply, transportation, telecommunication, drainage and so on. The district government has put 200 million yuan in total in the park’s infrastructure, laying 10 km of drainage pipes, building two 110 kv transformer substations. Dozens of famous enterprises have come to the park for further development, such as Changjiang Cables, Yaqian Cosmetics, Yuehai Textiles, Heng'an Medicines from Singapore, Zhejiang Wahaha Drinks, and so on.

Yaqueling Food Industry Park lies in Yaqueling Town that is located in the east of the district, is 25 km away from the Yangtze River wharfs , Xiangshi railway and Yaguan railway meet in the park .The Three Gorges International Airport built across the town and the park covers the planning area of 2,000 mu. The park will be mainly used for the industries of tin process, flavourings, medal packaging, carton and plastics packaging, plastics packaging for meat, meat process, drinks production, vegetables process, aquatic products process and etc. So far, Yichang Rongsheng Food Co. Ltd., the Three Gorges Oil Co. Ltd., Jitianshi Food Co. Ltd., the Three Gorges Food Industry Company and Jinyuan Tins Manufacture Co. Ltd. have come to the park for new development.

Longquan High-energy Consuming Industry Park lies in Longquan Town that is located at the east suburb of the district, is 28 km away from the Three Gorges International Airport, 15 km from the Railway Station of Yichang, and covers a planning area of 2,500 mu, of which 500 mu has finished and 900 mu is ready for construction. So far, dozens of enterprises, such as Daohuaxiang Stock Co. Ltd., Guangongfan Wine Co. Ltd., Changyuan Packaging Co. Ltd., the Three Gorges New Energy Co. Ltd. and so on, have come to the park to develop.

Huanghua New-style Building Materials Industry Park.With convenient transportation and fast telecommunications, Huanghua New-style Building Materials Industry Park is located along Yichang-Zigui highway and Yichang-Baokang highway, is 13 away from the center of the district, 30 km from the Three Gorges Dam, 27 km from the Yangtze River wharfs, and 10 km from the railway transportation center, and covers a planning area of 1,000 mu. The park is used for the industry of building materials. After 3-5 years of construction by utilizing the investment of 12 million yuan, the park will have built a cement factory with the output of 3,000,000 tons and a production base of shale ceramsite of 5,000,000 cubic meters.
